Training and Professional Development
All new legal support staff are provided with the orientation and training needed to begin their careers with us. As well, they are provided with continuing education applicable to the specific type of work that they perform.

A highly recognized national boutique law firm specializing in Labour & Employment law is looking for a legal assistant with exceptional qualities to work primarily with a senior partner in a very dynamic and interesting practice. Office administration and oversight will also be part of the role.
Only candidates with at least eight years’ experience as a legal assistant, and five years in the area of litigation will be considered. Preference will be given to those applicants who have previous experience in labour & employment and office administration.
The successful candidate will possess a legal assistant diploma from a recognized institution, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task successfully. Practise and client management skills are also a must.
Preference will also be given to legal assistants with outstanding technical skills, someone who takes initiative, possesses a high level of professionalism and who has a team-oriented approach to their work and contributing to the Firm’s continued success.
