Further information about the proposals can be found on the WSIB’s website, which features a video on the proposals. We strongly encourage interested parties to play an active role in the consultation process.
Mathews Dinsdale and CompClaim are involved in numerous industry groups that will be closely tracking these developments. We will be able to assist parties in evaluating proposals, lobbying, preparing submissions to the WSIB and understanding the changes that ultimately arise out of this process.
