On March 31st, 2015, the WSIB released its long-awaited Rate Framework Reform Proposals. Recently, the WSIB extended the consultation period to October 2nd in order to provide further information to stakeholders for their consideration including a Rate Group Analysis and Risk Disparity Analysis. These two analyses provide employers with an idea of what costs they may expect to incur under the proposed system.
