Working out of our Vancouver office, Grady assists employers in both labour and employment matters, including responding to human rights issues and complaints. He also regularly represents management at the bargaining table, and advises on workers’ compensation and occupational health and safety matters.
Grady provides practical advice and creative solutions to his clients, drawing on his experience to recognize the difference between matters requiring litigation and those that are best resolved. He is called to the bar in BC and Saskatchewan, and provides advice and representation to clients in all Western Canadian Provinces in a wide variety of industries.
Grady is a former adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law, where he taught Employment Law for several years. He is the author of the Labour Law section of the Lexis Practice Advisor, and a member of the Editorial Board of the Canadian Institute Employment & Labour Law Review.
