Sarah is an Associate with Mathews Dinsdale, and currently practices in all areas of workplace law. She represents employers before labour relations boards, human rights tribunals, and boards of arbitration. She also advises employers on various workplace issues, including employment standards, collective bargaining, workplace investigations, discipline and discharge, and employee accommodation.
Sarah received her Juris Doctor from Western University in 2013 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 after completing her articles with Mathews Dinsdale. While at law school, she received the J.S.D. Tory Writing Award for her research in the area of family status discrimination. Sarah also completed an international law internship with the International Labour Organization, a specialized agency of the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
Prior to law school, Sarah obtained a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources degree from the University of Toronto, during which time she worked with the Employee Relations department of a large transit organization.
