Kaylee is an Associate in the firm’s Toronto office. She practices in all areas of workplace law, advising employers on a wide range of issues including labour relations, wrongful dismissal, employment standards, human rights and accommodation, and workers safety and insurance. Kaylee represents employers before boards of arbitration, labour relations boards, human rights tribunals and the courts. Kaylee assists employers with both union and non-union workforces in a wide range of industries, particularly contractors of all sizes in the construction industry as they manage relationships with Ontario’s construction trade unions.
Kaylee received her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar after summering and articling with the firm. While at law school, Kaylee volunteered with the Community & Legal Aid Services Program, participated in the Osgoode Business Clinic, and interned with the Canadian Football League.
Prior to law school, Kaylee completed an Honours Specialization in Criminology, graduating with distinction at Western University. While at Western University, Kaylee was the recipient of the Principal Regis Scholarship and the Academic Award in Criminology.
