Kim is an associate in the Firm’s Employment and Litigation practice. Kim provides strategic advice to employers in all areas of employment law including employment standards, terminations, workplace investigations, unjust dismissals, departing employee obligations, workplace policies, employment contracts and human rights. She has a clear, practical approach to helping her clients navigate complex workplace issues with clarity and success.
Kim has a solid litigation background and has represented both provincially and federally regulated employers across a diverse range of industries including construction, aviation, energy, and financial services.
Kim received her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. Prior to joining the Firm, Kim gained a broad range of experience working at a full-service firm in Calgary, a litigation boutique in Toronto and providing in-house employment advisory services at a large Canadian bank. Kim is called to the Ontario and Alberta bar.
