Kim is a partner based in the Firm’s Victoria office with a broad employment litigation practice. Kim provides strategic advice to employers in all areas of workplace law including terminations, employment standards, departing employee obligations, contracts, workplace policies and human rights.  Her litigation practice includes both civil and administrative matters, as well as labour injunctions. Since being back on the west coast, Kim also has a growing labour practice assisting unionized employers with grievance arbitrations. Kim has a clear, practical approach to helping her clients navigate complex workplace issues with clarity and success.

Kim is called to the bar in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario and assists clients regularly in all three provinces. After originally joining the Firm’s Toronto office, Kim is happy to be back on the west coast where she can cycle year round and ski in her favourite local mountains.
