Natasha is an Associate in our Vancouver office, currently practicing in all areas of workplace law. Natasha provides practical and strategic advice to employers and their management. She has regularly represented employers before labour relations boards, human rights tribunals, and boards of arbitration. She also advises employers on workplace issues such as employment standards, collective bargaining, workplace investigations, discipline and discharge, and employee accommodation.
Natasha focuses on finding a solution that will work and aims to prevent further problems down the road where possible. She is experienced in a wide variety of industries and sectors, and works closely with clients to get to know their unique businesses and potential issues. Before entering law school, Natasha completed a Master’s Degree in health sciences and worked for seven years as an epidemiologist and researcher. She finds this experience useful when assisting clients in related fields or in addressing particular workplace issues.
