Keith has been assisting employers for over two decades providing strategic and timely advice on various workplace law issues. Keith is frequently retained to help his clients respond to challenging labour relations matters, union organizing campaigns, and human rights complaints. He represents employers at the bargaining table, and also regularly appears at the labour relations board and arbitration hearings.
Keith, who works out of our Vancouver and Calgary offices, services clients throughout Western Canada. He is counsel to both provincially and federally regulated employers throughout Western Canada, in a full range of industries. In particular, Keith has extensive experience in the warehousing, retail, manufacturing, construction, energy, private health care and brewing sectors. He is a member of the British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario Law Societies.
Keith is recognized by Chambers Global and Chambers Canada as a leading labour and employment lawyer, and as recommended counsel by the Legal 500, Canada. He has also been been identified by Who’s Who Legal – Canada 2017 as a leader in Labour and Employment Law in Canada.
