Jessica is an Associate in the Toronto office of Mathews Dinsdale. She advises employers in all areas of employment law including employment standards, terminations, workplace investigations, unjust dismissals, departing employee obligations, workplace policies, accommodation, employment contracts and human rights, providing practical solutions and skilled advocacy. Jessica is also experienced in advising employers on labour relations and arbitration matters, as well as providing employment law support to corporate transactions.
Jessica graduated from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, where she co-chaired the Employment and Labour Law Student Society. Throughout her studies, Jessica provided accessible legal services at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic, where she represented victims of violent crime at the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board. Outside of her practice, Jessica volunteers as a professional mentor to Indigenous post-secondary students through Indspire’s Rivers to Success program.
