Marcus returns to Mathews Dinsdale as an Associate after completing both our Articling and Summer programs. Marcus holds J.D. degrees from the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law, and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to entering law school Marcus completed his undergraduate degree at McMaster University where he graduated with honors and majored in Labour Studies.While at law school Marcus continued to cultivate his interest in labour and employment law, becoming an active member of labour and employment law associations in both Windsor and Detroit, as well as developing an understanding of both American and Canadian labour and employment law by having the opportunity to study under arbitrators in both Canada and the United States.
Marcus currently practices in all areas of workplace law, advising and representing employers on issues ranging from wrongful dismissal matters to human rights to construction sector labour relations.
