Having had first-hand experience in the construction industry through his family business, and then as counsel for over 45 years, Joe is a front-runner for labour relations expertise in this industry. His achievements have not gone unnoticed. Best Lawyers of Canada rates him a leader in the area of labour and employment law, and Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory has named him one of Canada’s most frequently recommended lawyers for labour relations in the construction sector and one of the leading practitioners in labour relations.
Joe regularly acts on behalf of construction companies before the Ontario Labour Relations Board in all matters arising from the application, administration and interpretation of province-wide trade agreements.
In 2015 Joe has been elected as a Fellow of the College of Labour and Employment Lawyers.
