Katie is an Associate in the Vancouver office of Mathews Dinsdale.
Katie has a broad range of experience helping clients navigate the intricacies of business immigration law and related human resource issues. She provides business and individual clients with advice on business visitor exemptions, ESDC labour market impact assessments and exempt categories, work permits and transfers under NAFTA and GATS as well as other immigration applications. Clients in the technology and visual effects industries, and other industry segments with a global focus benefit from her knowledge of the complex interaction between immigration and employment regulations.
Katie also researches cases for the British Columbia Annual Practice.
Katie is a CBA mentor to a first year UBC law student.
