An associate in our employment, labour and health and safety practices, Jeff provides pragmatic advice on a wide range of workplace issues. He uses a proactive and business-minded approach to help clients mitigate risk and avoid litigation. When litigation is necessary, Jeff has represented employers before the Courts, the Labour Board, and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
Jeff regularly conducts presentations and seminars to all levels of management and frequently contributes to industry publications.
Prior to entering law school, Jeff managed policy, communications and parliamentary affairs for a prominent Member of Parliament. He also worked as a researcher and analyst for a non-governmental organization.
