Drawing on her extensive experience gained from working in both the public and private sectors, Susan provides strategic and timely advice on a full range of employment issues, including privacy matters, contracts of employment, terminations and human rights. She regularly works with employers to ensure they are pay equity compliant to minimize the potentially significant liabilities that can arise.
Working from our Sarnia office, Susan is counsel to employers throughout the province. Susan identifies pragmatic solutions to issues arising in today’s workplaces; workplaces that include both provincially and federally regulated employers, operating across a broad spectrum of industries. Susan is well placed to understand the needs of business.
