    Hilary is an Associate with Mathews Dinsdale’s Toronto office. She practises in all areas of workplace law, advising employers on a wide range of issues including labour relations matters, wrongful dismissal actions, employment standards, human rights and accommodation, and occupational health and safety. Hilary also represents employers before boards of arbitration, labour relations boards, human rights tribunals and the courts.

    Hilary received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2016. While at law school, Hilary volunteered at several community legal clinics, including Downtown Legal Services and Advocates for Injured Workers. She was also active in the law school’s mooting program as both a competitor and coach, and placed first in the Mathews Dinsdale & Clark National Labour Arbitration Competition in 2015.

    Hilary was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017 after completing both our Articling and Summer programs.
