Colin is an Associate in the firm’s Toronto office. He practices in all areas of workplace law and advises both unionized and non-unionized employers. Colin represents employers with respect to grievance arbitrations, Labour Board applications, employment standards, and human rights applications. He represents clients in proceedings before the Courts, labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Western University, Colin joined Mathews Dinsdale as a summer student in 2017, completing his articles with the firm in 2019. While at Western Law, Colin was heavily involved in the student community, serving on a variety of committees including the Orientation Committee and Sports Committee. In his final year of law school, Colin participated in an exchange with the University of Bergen, Norway, where he studied international human rights law.
