Matthew returned as an Associate in 2009 after summering and articling with us. He offers an energetic and business-minded approach, having been Chair of Finance for the Queen’s Law Orientation Committee and a recipient of the M.A. Murray Award for students who contributed the most to athletic life during their time at Queen’s Law in his graduating year.
Matthew currently acts on behalf of employers in the areas of both labour relations and employment litigation, focusing on issues arising from employment standards, workplace safety and insurance and occupational health and safety legislation. Matthew regularly gives presentations and seminars to all levels of management on these topics and more.
