Rick has appeared repeatedly on behalf of employers in labour law proceedings and has negotiated in excess of 400 collective agreements on behalf of employers.
Rick advises on a full range of labour relations issues, for both public and private sector employers including, collective bargaining, interest and rights arbitration, human rights and employment standards. His expertise and practical advice have been sought by both municipal and provincial government with respect to labour relations law and collective bargaining.
Rick is an Advisory Committee Member of Queen’s University, Faculty of Law, Centre for the Law in the Contemporary Workplace.
