Dan was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2011 and joined Mathews Dinsdale after having articled with us. Dan has a diverse practice in all areas of workplace law, including occupational health & safety, wrongful dismissals, human rights, third party investigations as well as seeking injunctive relief against unlawful picketing.
Dan also regularly provides support to both unionized and non-union employers in a wide range of industries on matters such as the drafting and implementation of employment contracts and workplace policies.
